If you are constantly worried about bad things happening, or negative outcomes, then you are using the law of attraction against yourself. To worry is really to apply most of the above steps, towards a negative outcome. You are visualizing the negative outcome and asking the universe for it with pictures of the negative outcome; you are feeling the feelings of the negative outcome.
